Key Member Obligations at a Glance

The following obligations apply to all hi7 Members at all times. These summaries do not replace the full legal text in each clause below.

🔐

Protect Your Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your hi7 Login credentials. Never share your username or password with any third party. hi7 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone.

💳

Use Only Your Own Payment Methods

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Use of a third party's bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account to fund your hi7 wallet is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

⚖️

No Fraudulent or Unlawful Activity

You must not use the hi7 Platform for any fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to chargebacks, bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, money laundering, or any other activity that violates applicable law or the integrity of the Platform.

🤝

Honest and Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful information at all stages of registration, verification, and support interactions. Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

🛡️

Responsible Gaming Compliance

You agree to use hi7's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — if your gambling behaviour becomes problematic. hi7 may impose limits on your account proactively if it identifies patterns of concern.

📵

No Automated Access or Bots

Use of automated software, bots, scrapers, artificial intelligence-assisted betting tools, or any programme that interacts with the hi7 Platform without direct human input is strictly forbidden and constitutes immediate grounds for permanent account closure.
